We offer a structured coaching programme that includes: ATS-format CV optimisation, a targeted job application strategy, preparation for recruiter communications, and personalised follow-up support throughout the programme.

ATS stands for Applicant Tracking System — software used by most large mining companies to automatically screen CVs before a human ever reads them. If your CV is not formatted correctly, it may be rejected automatically. We rewrite and optimise your CV to pass these filters and catch the attention of recruiters.

The duration depends on the service package you choose. This will be communicated to you clearly before you enrol. Our team works at a pace that suits your situation and goals.

Once service delivery has commenced, no refund will be issued for work already completed. If you are considering cancelling mid-programme, a pro-rata refund may be considered at the sole discretion of FIFO READY LLC.
