FIFO Apply provides coaching and advisory services to individuals seeking employment in the Australian mining industry. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• ATS-format CV optimisation
• Targeted job application strategy
• Recruiter communication preparation
• Personalised follow-up and ongoing support throughout the programme

The specific scope of services delivered to each Client will be agreed upon at the time of enrolment and may be outlined in a separate service agreement or confirmation email.

FIFO READY LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any service at any time, with reasonable notice provided to active Clients.

Our services are intended for individuals who are aged 18 or over and who have the legal right to work in Australia or are in the process of obtaining the relevant visa or work authorisation.

By purchasing our services, you confirm that you meet these eligibility criteria. FIFO READY LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who does not meet these requirements.

A binding agreement between the Client and FIFO READY LLC is formed when:

• The Client submits an enquiry via the contact form and receives a written confirmation of service from FIFO Apply, or
• The Client makes a payment for a service package offered by FIFO Apply

FIFO READY LLC reserves the right to decline any enrolment request at its sole discretion, in which case any payment received will be refunded in full.

The fees applicable to each service are communicated to the Client prior to enrolment, either via email, the website, or directly by a FIFO Apply team member.

Payment terms will be specified at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Full payment is due prior to the commencement of services
• Payments are processed securely through our designated payment provider
• All fees are stated in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise specified

FIFO READY LLC reserves the right to update its pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect services already purchased and confirmed.

Given the nature of our personalised coaching services, the following cancellation policy applies:

• Cancellation after service delivery has commenced: no refund will be issued for work already completed
• Cancellation of ongoing programme mid-way: a pro-rata refund may be considered at the sole discretion of FIFO READY LLC

To request a cancellation, the Client must contact us in writing at contact@fifoapply.com.au. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 14 business days.

To enable FIFO READY LLC to deliver its services effectively, the Client agrees to:

• Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when requested
• Respond to communications from the FIFO Apply team in a timely manner
• Actively participate in the coaching programme as agreed
• Not share, reproduce or distribute any materials, templates or documents provided by FIFO Apply without prior written consent
• Use the services solely for lawful personal purposes

Failure to meet these obligations may result in a delay or suspension of services, without entitlement to a refund.

FIFO Apply provides professional coaching and advisory services designed to improve the Client's chances of securing employment in the Australian mining industry.

However, FIFO READY LLC makes no representation, warranty or guarantee that the Client will obtain employment as a result of using our services. Employment outcomes depend on a wide range of factors beyond our control, including but not limited to market conditions, employer requirements, the Client's qualifications and individual performance.

Any testimonials or results shared on our website reflect individual experiences and are not representative of guaranteed outcomes.

All materials, documents, templates, guides and content provided by FIFO Apply as part of its services are the exclusive intellectual property of FIFO READY LLC.

The Client is granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use these materials solely for their own job search purposes. The Client may not reproduce, distribute, sell or share these materials with any third party without the prior written consent of FIFO READY LLC.

Both parties agree to treat as confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared in the course of the coaching relationship.

FIFO READY LLC agrees not to disclose the Client's personal information or application details to any third party without the Client's consent, except as required by law or as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

The Client agrees not to disclose any proprietary methods, tools or materials shared by FIFO Apply to any third party.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FIFO READY LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of earnings, loss of opportunity or loss of data, arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.

In any event, FIFO READY LLC's total liability to the Client shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the services giving rise to the claim.

The Client agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless FIFO READY LLC, its officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

• The Client's use of our services
• Any breach of these Terms by the Client
• Any false or misleading information provided by the Client

FIFO READY LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be published on the website with an updated effective date.

Continued use of our services following the publication of changes constitutes the Client's acceptance of the updated Terms. It is the Client's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America.

In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct negotiation.

If no resolution is reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Wyoming.

For Clients residing in Australia, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010) also apply and are not excluded by these Terms.
